Citrix white screen during login issue

If you notice a white screen when you try to login to the Citrix, please right click on the Citrix’s icon at the bottom of the toolbar (bottom right of the screen – an icon with a blue-white circle) and

  • select Advanced Preferences and from there:
  • select: Reset Citrix Workspace
  • when you see Welcome to Citrix Workspace type:

bnerealestate.cloud.com and click Continue

  • login back to Citrix (millenium\username) and your password
